Prindal-Hout is een familiebedrijf, opgericht in 1978 door Paul en Jacqueline Vanderroost - Nies met als belangrijkste activiteit bosbouw en rondhouthandel.In 1993 startte Nicolas Vanderroost met de palenproductie en in 1996 nam Alexandra Vanderroost het tuinhout voor zich.
