Axyconsult provides, through the "BonoJob" Website, an online advertisement and automated linking service between advertisers (hereinafter "advertisers") and candidates seeking offers of consultancy and employment, goods and services, training and calls for projects (hereinafter the "candidates"). Recruiters and Candidates are hereinafter jointly referred to as "members". The general operating principle is as follows: Advertisers advertise paid job offers, consultancy offers or offers of goods & services for a period determined by the publication formula chosen. Advertisers also have the opportunity to publish free calls for projects and training offers. During this period, Candidates have the opportunity to view the offers and send their application for free. It is the advertisers who support the analysis and processing of applications and offers.
